DAY 1: BRAND GAP WORKSHOP

In this foundational workshop you’ll learn how to bridge business strategy and design to build a “charismatic brand”—a brand for which customers believe there’s no substitute. But first you’ll need to master the five disciplines of brand: differentiation, collaboration, innovation, validation, and cultivation.

DAY 2: ZAG WORKSHOP

On day two you’ll drill down into the number-one strategy of high-performance brands—radical differentiation. In today’s cluttered marketplace, it’s not enough to be different. You need perpetual innovation to keep up with the speed of change. During a lively day of content and exercises, learn how to design a radically differentiated brand by working through 17 checkpoints.

DAY 3: JUMPSTART LAB

On day three you’ll design a zag for your own brand under the guidance of the Neutron brand coaches. This is the perfect opportunity for individuals and teams to gain on-the-fly insights and critiques from the coaches and participants. Attendees will sign non-disclosure agreements, and competing companies won’t be allowed in the same session. Reservations taken on a first-come-first-serve basis.
